IMPACTO Youth positively influences young men and women with essential opportunities for career development through the IMPACTO Youth’s Academy. Strategically focused on business-minded abilities we introduce variety of businesses, industries, and conduct soft skills training, and offer scholarship opportunities. We work closely with school systems, CTE, and industry partners. Our focus is to inspire them to succeed!

 

IMPACTO Youth also custom-builds programs for companies seeking to grow a pipeline of young talent. We advocate with schools and other young adult organizations, and align pathways for high schoolers and workforce development. Our focus is to motivate and grow a skilled workforce!

 

IMPACTO Youth supports science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) programs and encourage young women and men to seek opportunities in these fields by providing essential training tools.  Our focus is to capitalize on their interests!
