Workforce Development

IMPACTO Academy works with high schools to facilitate ‘real world’ experiences for students, grades 9-12. Working with industry leaders who facilitate the lessons, they gain knowledge in areas of finance, law, networking, marketing, time management and soft skills. Through this course, students acquire authentic experiences to enrich their knowledge, develop a viable business plan and a focus for their future.

IMPACTO creates ongoing relationships with teachers and business leaders so that they are attune to current workforce needs, and facilitates a Career Day for businesses to hire high school talent.
